MICRONUTRIENTS

	Zinc is a very important micro-nutrient for plant growth after Nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium (N,P&K) 10-20 kg of zinc 21% or 4-10 kg of zinc 33% is recommended to rectify the zinc deficiency depending upon crop and soil quality.

	Manganese is another micro-nutrient which plays an important role in improving crop yield. Manganese deficiency mainly occurs in light / sandy soils mainly on wheat and fedder crops. It is recommended to spray 1 kg of Manganese per acre 1-3 times depending upon deficiency symptoms.

	Different state Govts. have notified different micro-nutrient mixtures of zinc, ferrous and Manganese depending upon soil quality of the state and cropping pattern:

	Grade I - is recommended for wheat II – is recommended for Paddy III–is recommended for all other crops, vegetables and horticulture.

	The biofertilizers are fortified with humic acid and various essential amino acids which play an important role in plant growth, thereby increasing crop yield.

	Growth Regulaters – These are the compounds which kick start plant growth. They are very effective in very small doses and increasing yield of various crops.
